Secret Garden

Portland turns into a kind of wonderland in the spring. First with the tulips and camellias, followed by the lilacs and eventually the peonies and roses. We were lucky enough to sneak out to the Hulda Klager  Lilac Gardens just outside the city on a beautiful sunny day to shoot our latest lookbook The Secret Garden.

A sweet pastel candy heart explosion to celebrate the grand opening of the Summerland brick & mortar here in Portland! All the photos were shot in the new shop and feature clothing and accessories that will be available opening night. Hope to see you there!

Portland Bazaar

Hey Portland, mark your calendars! We'll be set up with gifts galore this coming weekend at The Portland Bazaar held at Sandbox Studio in NE Portland. Last year was so much fun, we were really impressed by the quality of the goods and the food! Oh the food. It's sure to be a great time and easy to get all your holiday shopping done in one spot. Bittersweet: Summerland F/W 12 Lookbook

This photo shoot was a labor of love; in typical Portland fashion the first time around we were rained out but luckily our little team was able to reschedule for the following week and we crossed our fingers that the sun might shine (or at least we would be spared a torrential downpour). We didn't get our wish but I think the overcast grey fog made for an even more romantic set of photos. Shot by my good friend Bria Phillips of Lovejoy and modeled by the beautiful and charming Fiona Woodman. I hope you love this lookbook as much as I do. 

Pop-Down

Beggars Banquet

We'll be setting up shop at Union Pine this Saturday for the Portland edition of the Beggars Baquet! Come see me along with buddies Clever Nettle and YO VINTAGE and have a mimosa while perusing all the goods. Summerland will be offering select new clothing and accessories from the shop as well as vintage, housewares and apothecary. Hope to see you there!
